Podium Challenge: everyone plays the same tees, but after each hole, if you birdie the hole, you play tips. Par, you play middle tee, bogey plus, you play closest tees. This creates a natural handicap each hole. After each hole, you adjust the tee box based on the last hole. So you get either an advantage or disadvantage based on how you played the last hole.
