I think the costumes are just used for marketing for your businesses. You can dress up and pass out flyers for a little boost in brand awareness. For your birthday's you really want to look for a Love or 2. Like Ajax could have loved outdoors for the price of hating coffee and Katja could have loved driving for the price of hating alcohol. those are not bad trade offs, but having a Love will give you a needs bar, which when full adds to your fun points. Both are easy to fill, as your people drive around to gain driving and going to the park to do anything helps with outdoors. It just adds some new elements to the game loop as you keep those extra bars filled up. I am rather certain you are going need 4000 acting xp for any chance at a job. Most of the unmodded jobs have 2 or more ways to get 100% of the minimums, which is why I am not sure as I often have 2 or more xp's working to get me a job. And if you have 4000 xp I would think you would only have a 50% chance give or take to get a job in acting, but that just mean you may need a extra interview or 2.

Ahh, promo costumes, that makes sense. Would be good if we could have fancy dress parties though. 🤔 Will try to remember and consider the benefits of adding new 'loves'. 🤞 Yeah, I've a feeling that I have seen more flexible requirements for base game jobs, it's a pity that the modded acting job is so absolute, but he will get there! 😎
