This type of grass is not very tall but only becomes thick if it is not cut for too long. If you cut grass like this when it's thick, you have to use a very sharp lawnmower blade so that the grass is this thick and breaks easily. Using a lawnmower blade that is not sharp to cut thick grass will only damage the lawnmower and the lawnmower spark plug will overheat or die quickly.
