I love mini braids. I also do this routine and throw on a headband wig when I have to go out. But love this easy protective style.

Clove + rosemary water but scalp only. Also I use the pure butter, lavender version! Leave in conditioner and seal with the pure butter.

Sounds like a good combo. Rosemary smells good and cloves too. That sounds simple too👌👍
@diaryofjaneVa2 ай бұрын
@BarbaraBirungiSunflower yes! Rosemary is great for growth as well so I figured "let me just mix the two" The smell is amazing! Your hair is beautiful so your methods are definitely working!

Braids make it easy for me to moisturise too and Clove has been my all-time fav.

I see you are doing amazing with mini braids on your channel. I agree with you. Moisturise is quiet easy with mini braids

Great video ❤I love min braids helped me to grow my hair past waist length , and I’m a lazy natural which means I don’t like to deal with loose hair

Thank you so much😍. I agree with you. Mini braids is how I grew my hair at the very beginning of my journey. It’s my guaranteed style of getting the length.

How did you wash your scalp in the mini braids? I work out 3 times a week and sweat a lot. I’m afraid the Jamaican black castor oil directly on my scalp would cause itching.
@BarbaraBirungiSunflower2 ай бұрын
It’s easy to wash my scalp in this style so a good shampoo gets the job done though I haven’t washed my hair for a month now with this style. I also use a scalp massage to for more deep clean on my scalp. One, my scalp is not dirty despite applying this butter. Two, this castor oil pure butter hasn’t caused any build up. I was worried it would. I expected it to itch but not at all.

Just wanted to add that pure castor oil is antifungal. So it actually might help in soothing your scalp if it gets itchy a lot.

I really like the way you do your hair very simple to grow your hair am trying to learn that from you and it doesn't cost much money on products ❤❤❤ thanks for sharing

You are so welcome😍. I like that you noticed that with me. I want to keep it simple for myself and ofcourse share that with you my viewers. I used to think that natural hair costs a lot of money to maintain blah blah blah but now, I don’t think the same anymore.

Cloves smells nice but isn't it drying?

I was wondering what was making my hair dry because when I use cloves, I tend to moisturize often so I guess it may be because of cloves🤔
@sulliday50512 ай бұрын
I use clove water after rinsing out the shampoo. I blot dry then saturate clove water on my hair and scalp before applying my deep conditioner. After rinsing out the clove and deep conditioner, my hair feels soft and strong. I don't use clove water on its own, and only at times I wash which is 2x a month. I avoid the dryness that way.

I don’t know about you but I love grey hair. It’s just different and I like to be different. Do you think it’s genetics? If it is then you can’t do anything about it. The best thing about this is- embrace them😍
