it's allot better than my status. I'm definitely behind. I'm on Nightmare 1 pulling 2.6 k damage. And I've got a team of 6 star , maxed and awakened : Wrath, Lugaru, Nyx, Zilitu, Lightlocke, Nissandei, and Elddr. I don't have Hollow, or Setram, yet. Volka I'm about to get, but not quite yet. Maybe in another day of gameplay. But I'll take your advice on using Laurel.

Was running this exact strategy for months using Idril in place of Setram. Getting a fairly easy 2 key/rune on Nightmare III. Finally pulled Setram a few days ago and put him in. Holy crap he's insane. With a little better gear I should be able to hit a 1 key pretty easy.

Yeah, people think she'll do more dmg if she block the boss, but with laurel's boost she'll do twice the dmg.

That's why I'm playing around with Constance, she allows Zilitu to be blocking the dragon and you can place Laurel where Dolores usually goes.

Pyros doesn’t need his ultimate anyways. Your overall damage output is less when you use his ultimate.

About the invigoration Set: I have litterally half my team in invigoration, Doloris Laurel Hollow Torodor and Pyros which i only use as switch champ for laurel. who to place when becomes more and more complex the more you invigorationsets you have sind the invigoration can go on champions that already have it but it won't have any effekt so you want to use them in an order so that only one can possibly be buffed by it

The best thing about making content early on is you get to do things like this, revisit old videos and remake them with new knowledge, new heroes, etc. plus the content gets changed sometimes too so it never hurts to do an update. Even this video is now 8 months old so I find myself asking, is this info still relevant? Is there maybe a new hero to look out for? Keeps things interesting!

I use this strategy and I wish I can explain everything to you and everyone else about why Pyros’s ability is not that good for this. You’re wasting your inferno teams ultimates when you’re using pyros. You deal more overall damage by ignoring his ultimate. And I like to place Setram where you have Hollow. I place Hex where you have Setram. I place Hollow where you have Hex. This way, more people get 50% rage regenerated such as Hex that you’re missing. I cycle Laurel for Volka & Pyros. When I cycle Laurel for pyros, I place pyros in her tile. Make sure you ignore Pyros’s ultimate because your infernal team stops doing damage when he’s using his ultimate and his ultimate is not a percentage of the total DPS of the infernal team but rather a percentage of the number of heroes involved in your infernal team. So if you’re in the middle of using Setram & Hex’s Ultimate, then you pop Pyros’s ultimate, Hex & Setrams ultimates stop doing damage to the dragon. I have yet to find any guides on this and no one listens to me. I’ve explained it on Reddit and it made some people confused on Pyros. If you want, make a video using Pyros’s ultimate vs ignoring it & cycling him for Laurel on Guild boss and you’ll see what I mean.

This did not 5X my damage but got my team from 10k per run on NM3 to almost 17k per run on NM3 on manual. Just need to time the last charge up and make some tweaks to my team to get that 18k per run. Great video ASH!

Make sure you pop ults before despawning laurel, laurels rage boost won’t affect a hero if you haven’t popped their ult first.

bro, we don't usually care about exact pieces, but stats overall. ofc set bonus may be worth mentioning. please show us stats, and don't forget about hyperion knowing lower thresholds would be awesome (f.e. 400 speed and 60 rage reg is enough for pyros, or hollow) smooth run relies on rage regen, atk speed and skill levels we almost don't care about damage stats, rather timing.

if you play Laurel, u dont want the 20% extra dmg from block passive of Zilitu, place her in Laurel range, its more dmg overall.

Please talk about how to break the shield. Other than just saying "Have Setram". Is based on damage or hits, like Fire Knight? How do you even get an invigoration set? I'm stuck at Gear Raids 18 across the board. Catch 22, can't get past that because shit gear, can't get better gear because can't get past 18. I've been at 5K blood forever because I can't find anywhere that I can progress. Totally stagnant for months. I farm gear constantly, but can't get strong enough to beat anything >18.

Hey ash, came over from raid like you did. Have some beginner questions maybe you can do a video on. I haven’t seen you do in previous ones. Similar to how you did raid a couple years ago. Since it’s more active strat game and not set and forget which is what I was used to with auto in raid. 1. Champion types, ranged, mage, defender and attackers. Main functions why you would use a mage v ranged. Also why use the sword champs v the shield ones. I’ve had enemies sneak by my Valeria and I didn’t know why. 2. My main problem with raid was the gearing and optimizing it, I been using the auto quick equip function and unequip function a lot. Haven’t seen a video that talks about if it will give you a decent build or how it makes the auto equip selection. I been getting along fine. But just started 5 days ago. 3. Differences in shards and when it would be a good idea to pop those. I didn’t even know there were three types because only two show up so far. 4. Events and how you prioritize what you’re going to do. I been farming stage 8-4 xp but now I’m out of gold, how you divide resources. 5. Mabuckets rankings are good but the synergy of a team matters a lot. Which champions should we be using, ivy and your video (or maybe it was hades vid) said 2 healers 2 ground attacks and the rest mages or ranged. 6. How you go about choosing start for each area, unlike raid, I sometimes get lost in everything I’m doing in this game and the energy available. Pantheon, guild boss, faction trials, tide,arena. Maybe a video catered towards just your raid fanbase, explained in those terms for us that have followed you for years on that game. This game reminds me of raid, clash, and clash royal. I can answer 1 & 2 for you. 1) clicking on "details" in hero screen will show you how many units they block. As a rule of thumb, fighters block 2, defenders block 3. 2) auto-gearing logic is definitely a disaster later in the game. It prioritises sets over almost anything else. As a former Raid player, you can imagine how well that works out lol

Hey Ash, i tested Orb or Euphoria on Delores and she boosted way less damage than using Keen Wisdom on her. I would change to increase your damage.

In general it's better to use 2x Atk% and 1x Crit Damage, except for Guild Boss. He has low defense so you'll do more damage with 2x Crit Damage and 1x Atk%.
