5mg is my preferred dose as well. I was a big pothead in the 90s; but having quit when we were expecting our son in 98 til now in the last couple years after I got out of my EMS career, I can't hang with todays products as well. Wife takes gummies medically for anxiety and pain. She gave me one recently; not mentioning they're 50mg lol. I was toast

Oh as soon as I seen your face on the 2nd half I could tell it hit U hard . I`m like U I think 5mg is a nice dose and is more enjoyable . Just a suggestion maybe a dry erase board behind the camera with your notes to remind U on the 2nd half would help . Me I would need a whole Bill Board and I would still struggle . Your doing great on your channel don`t worry .The classic Xmas shows every year I`m like a kid to when it comes to that stuff and I always watch Xmas vacation with that Squirrel in the Xmas tree that jumps on Chevy Chases back Cracks me up every time.
