Hi my friend, I discovered you by watching your presentation video of the Gearset Ongoing Directive and so today I am happy that you are presenting it again by having updated it. It seems to me that you were using the M1928 or the UMP45 Tactical for their firepower. Thanks to you I discovered OD and now I play it with several different weapons because this Gearset is very good. Unfortunately it is too little known compared to the Striker which is put forward by everyone while OD brings this buff with hollow point ammunition. I have a friend who plays it with the LMG Carnage and he has a blast because he can play 5 directives without problems. I myself have 3 OD builds, 1 with the Vindicator full red, 1 with Scorpio/UMP45 Tactical (4 OD blue core, Hunter killer full red and Memento) and 1 with the AKM Black Market also full red. I love Ongoing Directive but with the VILE Mask and all status effects, combined with the Jammer. Regular NPCs will die with a couple bullets just 4 the bleed effect. It's so fun to use with the mortar turret as well.

I go with new PS w/wicked. Using gunner will give you 20% armour on kill. And since you're using gunner, I go with banshee pulse. Start a fight with a pulse and you get hollowpoint ammo. Also you can get hollowpoints in firing range before going out in open world. Great build template. Using Momento or wicked is for each individual playstyle and taste. So many ways to skin a cat

I use the same build, but with a Grupo chest with obliterate and a military L86 with sadist. The L86 hits very hard and pretty much shoots just like an AR. Great video!

The perfect bleed build goes like this if you want to destroy everything. Scorpio shotgun because it applies status effects. Vile mask, since the mask damage is based off the strength of your concussion grenade you then run a China light chest piece to amplify vile ticks. On your chest piece you want to run class cannon to further amplify the ticks. The remainder is all Hard Wired. You want status effects and skill haste on every that you can. For skills it's kinda your choice as long as the skills cause a status effect. Me personally I use jammer pulse because that will effect and kill everything and has a huge range. I also use stinger hive. That will detonate on impact and cause bleed. Every status effect ticks for 130k including the status effects from the Scorpio. Lots of fun. The other gun that is awesome to use is the Iron Lung. Enjoy!

My GR 9 has 230 rounds of hollow point as my secondary to restart the bleed if I ever lose it. I run the busy little bee as my sidearm which hits real hard with hollow point as well. Great build.

This is the kind of video I was looking for in terms of 5 directives on for the open world. currently im running 0 directives. My goal to run 5 directives is to start increasing SHD levels. all 5202 SHD levels Ive done have been with 0 directives, I truly believe that If I had 5 directives on from day one, I probably would've doubled the amount of SHD levels I currently have.

@@McGuns17 Its working out well for me. for my status effect starters I run stinger hive and explosive seeker mine that applies bleed. my weapon of choice also changed. I run the Iron lung since you can apply the burn. once you trigger the burn you are getting hollow point ammo like there's no tomorrow. my secondary is the Carnage (Named IWI GENEV LMG) with the 25% damage to bleeding enemies and after 3 kills (instead 20% increased damage and 4 kills on the normal version), it applies a bleed on the next target. Even though the GENEV took a hit on damage, the 25% increased damage to bleed makes up for it. The only time I would go with grupo/wicked backpack is if i need more umph in terms of damage. with your current setup and my skills/weapon choices, I am fine without the backpack

@mcguns17 quick question, does the extra dmg on the ak-m outweighs the other ak-m types? Or will the build still be good with the others? Asking since I kinda prefer the look of the black market/military ones

They are all good, the extra mod slot will make up for the DPS difference when you equip a crit chance mod on the black market version. The damage per bullet obviously will be higher on the AK-M but DPS overall will be about the same between them

I myself run the Black Market. Keep in mind that the Black Market and Military AK-M's are the only two AK-M Variants that can use Linked laser pointers if you decide to use spotter with the laser. No other AK-M variant can use it.

@@McGuns17 The AK-M has the highest damage per bullet of all AR's. Even with this current patch the AK-M still hits harder than the other AR's but youll get those naysayers that say otherwise....

Hey bro try this build. It has so many dmg buffs its insane. So 4 piece ongoing all rolled with or if you prefer without status. I recommend status. Vile mask. China light chest with weapon core and glass cannon. Demolitiinist and 1 of these 2 as primary. Bluescreen or pestillence. I personally use bluescreen more often. Demolitiinist specialization. So the synergy is this. Demo and china light buff the explosive damage which buffs the concussion grenade which buffs the vile mask ticks. Blescreen status effects applies continually as well as hollow points and bleed. Glass cannon then buffs all damage applied from all sources. Yes it is a little squishy but I run heroic 5 directive shd farming with this and it smacks.

I believe I went your question for DPS but my best AR overall since TU20 It’s still St. Elmo’s for me. I don’t have an Eagle Bearer. I think EB holders (not all) are mad that they had to grind when everyone wanted to get a EB. Only for the devs to make it easy to receive a weapon like the St Elmo’s that better in my opinion. Then again i never shot an EB.

@@visionarywriter ooh believe me the St Elmos it's still is the OVERALL KING. That's where some people don't understand it. And also it is my favorite AR too. But mathematically the Bighorn can outperform the Elmos BUT it's not a very consistent and easy task in combat like the Elmos, so again, that's why it's the overall best in my opinion.

@@visionarywriter I like the St. Elmos's Engine aswell but, I had to run the Dark Hours Raid, 4 Times to get it, so why shouldn't I use it, right? I'm mean yes, you can get the Eagle Bearer in the DZ, but I wouldn't recommend it, because in my opinion it is much Harder to get it there. You can get killed while you try to get it out of the Dark Zone and people can steal it from you. That can't happen in the Raid when you don't drop the Weapon. And the Eagle Bearer is the my main and favourite weapon. :) (I'm sorry for my bad English Skills. Greetings from Germany. ✌️🇩🇪)

I don’t know why I didn’t think to use Sadist as the talent. (I might using it) I use the scorpion shotgun to proc the ongoing directive talent. Get their health down low switch other weapon and receive the hollow talent. And vice versa for scorpion to have the hollow talent on the first shot normally bleed is either 6 or 7.

As you see in the gameplay for me it's just a matter of getting that hollow point for the 1st time and then from there I just keep it going with no problem. But Scorpio sounds like a good idea too

11:44 I explained few options, like stinger hive, shot fire barrels next to the npc, also after 4 kills the weapon talent will apply the bleed on next enemy. After having the hollow point ammo it's just a matter of keeping it going

Interesting build. Did you try it with the TK not AKM? Curious Favorite ARs are Shield Sprinterer, King Breaker, and St Elmo (mainly dark zone) . Test subject and capacitor for skill builds. I have a soft spot for Railsplitter as well

With TU20 I don't think it's worth using the TKB over the AKs unless you want to use the named TKB which is Kingbreaker, that's different. The AKs are now overall better than the regular TKB Great AR choices 👍🏽 me personally I like the Elmos a lot

Exactly. You have to wear the ongoing backpack and use vile mask with all status rolls and then the bleed will really be nasty. but you can't have it both ways.
