It sounds obvious but get the right sensitivity and really make sure you're putting your sight on the enemy. The tip of the middle prong on your iron sight is exactly where the bullet goes. If red dot, focus on the dot and keep it in the enemy. Also avoid guns with insane recoil.

M8's time to kill is way faster than the MoW. Just have to be on target with your first burst. If you're rushing groups of people, not always the best choice, but if you're holding down an area, the M8 is the best. Sheiva and XR2 are good as well. For rushing with an AR, I prefer the HVK and KN-44. MoW is kind of of middle ground for me. Good at everything, but no great at anything.
