Yet the closest this Dexter is ever going to get to any laboratory now, is while he is being dissected on a gurney in a forensic laboratory. Talk about making bad decisions at the age of 18. I agree with calling out big media on what they're doing; but this isn't what he said. Both of those bills actually stop the public's ability to hold police accountable for false arrests and illegal searches of innocent citizens. Which does happen quite often. Ask yourself what constitutes harassment, it's a loose description. Good luck trying to film any police from now on in FL. Nothing he *listed in those bills* addresses the media at all, they're trying to stop the public videos that are catching the actual bad cops and the public watchdog groups that are actually paying attention to corruption in the police force.

The other (HB 601) would limit what citizen police oversight boards can do, including investigating complaints of officer misconduct, and would require these panels to be re-established under county sheriffs and municipal police chiefs, who would appoint the members

What right does the government have to create a seat belt law in the first place? It doesn't. You have a right to inter-state travel freely and you cannot have a inter-state travel without intra-state travel. The government cannot deny a right based on the "speculative possibility" you could be harmed if you did not wear a seat belt because it would deny your constitutional guarantee to travel freely, without government interference, by the government who is on a totalitarian trip. Don't be. Even in that state we already have laws about interfering with police. The only thing this bill seems to do is prevent us from using our free speech when a cop lies to us and they lie a lot to get what they want. This first bill only seems to infringe on the first amendment we have. The second bill there is no complaints but that first 1 is very concerning.
