That 2B cosplay story reminds me of that Clown GF Reddit post. Guy had a massive Clown Fetish and lamented that he would never get a girlfriend and try it. Fast forward to his follow up where a girl saw that, DMed him, and set a up a meeting with him. He opens the door, and she is just there, dressed as a clown. Very true...Takeda's infamous and claimed "Unbeatable" cavalry charges were DECIMATED by Oda Nobunaga and his army's use of firearms. Also Ninja used gunpowder and firearms as well..there was actually a ninja that tried to snipe Nobunaga...his shot sadly hit a little low and was blocked by the neck collar of Nobunaga's armor and the dude had to make a run for it. The romanticism of the katana happened AFTER the wars and during the Edo period...Samurai originally used bows on horseback more often and then were more likely to use spears than their swords during battle.
