Here's the thing about the first one. I think there are communities of cheaters online who just kind of bounce around to any game that happens to lack anti cheat. They seemed like someone who literally has no idea how the game works or how the map is set up. If they are a frequent player, then I can see why they cheated. Absolutely terrible on all levels of play.

Most blatant cheaters are those who have never played the game before or are extremely low ranks trying to get out of copper,bronze, silver or gold. They are easy to see as cheaters because they lack game sense and also mechanical skills for the game. If say a diamond player made a Smurf and started cheating, it may be impossible to tell because they are able to hide it really well because they have gamesense. They know common wall bang spots and what would look too fishy to preaim and which spots would are too uncommon to pre fire. R6 doesn’t lack an anti cheat, it is just one of those anti cheats that take time and manual player reports are much faster although, someone must be mass reported in their games to actually get looked at by Ubisoft because they might think it’s just a guy who is good getting false reported. As an example, if you went all out on cheating in say fortnite, aim bot is very easy to see and if you kill most of the lobby and get reported by 90% of the people you killed, you will probably be banned fairly quickly as that is a large number of people reporting at the same time. Although walls are way hider to observe in fortnite because of its gameplay. An intrusive anti cheat running at all times will probably fix the cheater problems a lot. But game companies like valve have come out and said they will not release an intrusive anti cheat which may be the same for Ubisoft though they are tied to battle eye. Every game has cheaters and it is very hard to keep up, which is why overwatch in csgo exists.

for those who are interested in the accused cheaters name of match 4: "Ich bin nicht krass" roughly translates to "I'm not extreme" or "I'm not awesome". The meaning of "krass" depends on the context but my guess is he means "I'm not extreme". And I know his username is spelled with only one "s" but I guess this was either by mistake or the character limitation for the username.

Maybe I can help, because I‘m German and the quote or name is a German one. So in German, „krass“ means something like „sick“, „amazing“, „very good“, „dope“. You always write it with double s, but not ß. There is a big difference in the German pronounciation between those two forms of s and a mistake will lead to different meanings (if the word includes both writing: For example „Masse“ and „Maße“. First one means „mass“ or „weight“, the second one means „measurements“. But there are still more conflicts). The straight translation from google does not make sense in this context. You can not translate „krass“ into „crazy“ or „extreme“. Only, if „crazy“ or „extreme“ would be a slang to say „sick“ etc. like mentioned before.

I havent been playing siege much simply for the fact that after taking a several month break came back and in casual immediately had two cheaters in a match. I took another break and then got on again because some friends wanted to play and 2-3 matches in a row had cheaters once again in cas and the guy ended up tking me and ran around saying look at this guy and this one, so I checked in replay and he was staring at people through the wall and had perfect spread for shotguns. Needless to say im on another break from siege and im trying to get into apex now. It just hurts at this point.

I'm German and I need to tell you that the 15 day ban only happens for the first ban but after that you will get punished with the permanent ban and some players get the permanent ban on the first ban. The 15 day ban doesn't apply to all german players maybe it only applies if you actually play on german servers like on Frankfurt but if you get in a spanish, polish or french lobby then I can imagine a permanent ban trigger. But the last sentence is just my opinion and I'm also not sure if it's really like that. I wish everyone a great day :)

Just a thought for the fourth match with the person who wasn’t blatant… IMO there’s one thing that should be obvious that convinced me they aren’t hacking. In the fourth round (1st rounding attacking for the accused) almost a minute in they went back to spawn for defuser. No one who is hacking would do that because you know you can win by killing everyone so defuser is irrelevant. Just a thought.

This is partly why a friend of mine and I stopped playing Siege, in the beginning it was fun and you rarely ran into hackers; but after we took a break and then came back after almost a year we started running into them almost once every few matches. We initially thought we were just horrible due to having been gone awhile, but the more we played the more realized that that wasn't the case. It also helped that around that time was also when some cheaters were starting to be rather blatant and why not? Its not like Ubisoft can really *do* anything. You said yourself, german law doesn't let them ban them for more than two weeks at most (which is stupid of german politicians, they have no right to interfere in a private business plus they shouldn't be protecting people who are breaking another companies TOS)

For Match 4 it was submitted by a German player (I think) because the game mode was "Bombe" (German for bomb). If it shows German in the match replay then the submitter was German.

If other content creators are telling you “don’t be negative about Ubi or Siege”, that’s a problem. I love the game, but it has issues. i've played siege before i was a plat on console, but i'm on pc and today i jumped on and played 2 cas games (as i'm level 35) and ran into 5 cheaters. 1st game was a blatant wall hacker, 2nd game was 4 blatant cheaters, 3 usingwals blatant on the other team and my teammate toggled on monty hipfire aimbot for a bit and used walls as well. It was the most cringe experience and 1st time i've ever seen anything like it.

I used to agree that running into obvious cheaters was better because you would just know you're getting your elo back anyway, but I feel like lately Ubi has been REALLY dragging their feet with banning even obvious cheaters. I'm sure it's down to the fact that there are so many cheaters now that they can't manually check and ban every single one, but around when match replay was released, I would pretty regularly report cheaters to Ubi's support site and attach a video of the match replay, and they would typically get banned within a week or two. Now their support site seems to be completely busted, doesn't let you add a comment or a video if you choose the "report a player" category, don't get any response back most of the time you submit a report, run into an error when trying to view your past cases most of the time, and there are players I reported when at the beginning of the season with video of them blatantly walling that still haven't been banned. Even in Varsity's videos he'll sometimes find someone who's clearly cheating who has gone multiple seasons without being banned. It's just gotten sad.
