My Dad passed away today🥲He was 94. A wonderful Dad. Retired Firefighter. You are never prepared. At this moment I’m relieved he’s no longer suffering. My best friend and her hubby took me to lunch. When I got home, I settled in with some hot tea & blanket and seeing your new video gave me calm & peace. That’s how much I love you guys🤎 Words cannot express how much.

Oh friend. I am so very sorry to hear about your loss. As you know, I lost my 90 yr old Grandpa this year and he was the closest thing I ever had to a father. You’re right, we’re never prepared.🥹 I will be praying for your heart. Your father sounded like a wonderful man. I’m so glad that our video could bring you some peace even if just for a moment. Hugs. ❤️❤️

Yay! I am so glad you received the book successfully! And even better that the boys were looking at it. SO important that younger generations learn about the sacrifices made so we can live the life of freedoms we currently have. That is why I wrote it! Thank you for letting me see that. My heart is full.

Hello friend! Oh, we had no idea that the book Parker was reading came from a viewer. The origin address said something like, “Dept of Interior” something. We had no clue why it was shipped to us but immediately knew who to give it to! Parker loves to read & loves history, so it was perfect for him. If you sent this to us, thank you! I apologize we didn’t give a shout out, we had no idea who it came from. Thanks for thinking of us!❤️❤️ P.S. That’s so neat that YOU wrote it?! That’s awesome!👏🏻👏🏻
@FloridaBeachesToTheBeringSea10 ай бұрын
I apologize, I thought I had written I was sending it in one of the million Christmas cards you received (haha.) I am just so glad it arrived into the perfect hands. I wrote this book for the Aleutian WWII National Historic Area which is managed by the National Park Service (who is managed by the Dept. of Interior hence the address.) Part of the role of Park Service is educational programming, even military history in this case! 12 years ago I began retracing my grandfather's WWII footsteps through Alaska in an effort to bring honor to his service and the service of those who served along side of him. SO MANY people do not realize there was conflict in Alaska during the war and I made it my mission to tell their story. It has truly been a Godly journey that has allowed me to do the most unbelievable things all in the pursuit of this history. My latest is after years of contemplation, I just stared my own channel that will document their stories and my mission (past and present) to tell them. The book is a product of my efforts and the best thing is, it's FREE to the public! Again, it just filled my heart with joy to see the kids reading it. That is exactly why I do this. Thank you. BTW- My Papa spent 8 months on Kodiak during the war flying out of what is now the USCG Air Station Kodiak. Love Kodiak. Bless you both for your service. @@HomeFreeAlaska

@@FloridaBeachesToTheBeringSea wow that is wonderful!!! I didn’t have a clue that Alaska was involved in the war either. Yes, we got so many cards, I must’ve forgotten that you told me about it. So sorry! 😬 Parker is really enjoying the book. He has a fascination with war planes & everything history which I think is very cool! Thanks again for thinking of us!!☺️

I love that Parker has a love for history- they are the next generation to keep it alive. My daughter sat in her first warbird when she was 8. You know, there is a warbird group I am part of in Anchorage, Commemorative Air Force Col. Hunt Alaska Wing. We often have events, the boys would love it.. and I believe Parker is now old enough to fly in one! I'll keep you posted on when our next event is. @@HomeFreeAlaska

Oh man! That plow is a thing of beauty!!! I love power tools and implements! When I was younger, one year on my birthday Hubby gave me 750 feet of irrigation pipes. I thought that was the best. Then for our anniversary, he bought me a used tractor at auction. I was over the moon!!! Never been a jewelry or clothing freak - just give me useful things in life. Use it in good health and may it last you forever.

That is his job in nature. So good to see Asher and Rusty playing like old times. Asher is a very lucking boy to be so loved by you guys. I absolutely love the slow-mo videos of Brandley and Gunner. Those dogs are so amazingly agile. Great job on the Sampson pen! You had no choice but to separate him otherwise your ewes would not get the attention they need to be able to milk them. Great drone shots. You are very talented navigating it in the trees.

Ours is usually light with 8-15 inches average. I decided on a plow last year and what a world of difference. In the kitchen for the microwave and toaster. My son uses one for all his gaming stuff. It is only on when in use. There is one in the office that I use for my desktop computer and printer. Hi guys, loved todays program. When we had a snow plow put on our truck which was a 3/4 ton ford 4 wheel drive, we ended up having a lot of problems, as it really is hard on your rigs. We had front end problems and transmission problems, you name it so we took the plow off our good truck and bought an older pickup to do the plowing and left the plow on it and used the old truck for plowing only. We ended up with some pretty big repair bills on our regular truck. As far as rams go they are all like that . I had raised sheep for awhile but because of the ram and getting beat up by him all the time I sold them all. It did not matter what I did he was one which would sneak attack you when you were not looking. I did nothing to make him that way, they just get like that and never can be trusted.

Tell Joe keep an eye on the front end of the truck. I've always driven 3/4 ton trucks. And the last 3 have had plows. We live in Northern MI. all winter. And I only leave the plow on when I have to. Joe's plow looks modern & lite. Which is good. But there still hard on the truck. But enjoy Joe. It's a lot faster.

So glad Joe finally has a plow on his truck. I’m amazed that he was able to go this long without one.😂 it will definitely make life a little easier.

Sampson’s aggression is not an unheard of situation with rams. I’ve seen other pages that have the same kind of problem.

If Sampson was a bottle lamb, that is most likely the problem. Rams with bad temperament, are best not used for breeding, as you are perpetuating that in your flock. You might want to consider/replacing him indeed. We've been raising sheep since the 90's. Jacobs are the worst. We've also raised NChurros, Karakuls & love our multi purpose Icelandics. Enjoy your sheep. PS - The most famous Shetland ram was owned by President Jefferson/killed someone on the lawn...that is part of why we stayed away from Shetlands. Enjoy your sheep, wool & future milk!!! Spring is almost here : )

Impressive, both the Samson pen and the new blade for the truck! Well done. And Samson looks much calmer in his pen. I think you're right, he knows they are pregnant and got WAY stressed out because of it, even to them. May be his first babies? He looks relieved now. What a fun day in town too. And Joe does look very pleased with that blade, with a remote in a big monster truck lol can't get more manly than that eh? Even with a white chocolate mocha.. just kidding. But it is very cool and I'm glad, he's feeling better, your water can no longer freeze and you are all so happy. Isn't it great to see and hear the birds after a cold snap?

Oh yes! The sound of all the birds around them cabin always put a smile on my face!☺️

Great JOB!! Tina with the fence You used muscles you forgot you had Girl! I bet you are very sore. Glad y'all got the heater for the water line. OH Mr. B is so funny He hides his toy, or piece of ice. and then digs and finds it . and again and again. . I love watch him. I like watching both 4 legged boys. Mr. B gets so excited playing fetch he can't contain himself he is so funny. That was so cute. Kellen I quit see ya. OH! it makes my heart feel so good seeing Asher playing. when I seen the birds sitting on the rail. I thought there saying" Hey people the feeder is empty can you fill it please" Samson took off after Joe clipped him in and he thought he has gotten away. then the cord stopped him and he turned back like Hey!! what did you do?? Joe it just means you really like Chocolate. I'm with you Joe I'll take white chocolate first all day. What does brulee mean?is it a kind of milk> or a favor? Very Nice plow Joe. okay it's just about 1 year sense Kellen came. What;s going on???? I'm sure theres been lots of talking. Kellen has grown so in many ways this last year.

Yes, Bradley wants us to play with him all day every day!😂 And if we won’t, he has no problem playing all by himself!🤣 We’re hoping to update the channel in March regarding Kellen.❤️❤️ I looked up “brûlée”… “A dish, usually a sweet, creamy one, with a layer of hard, burned sugar on top.” But at Starbucks it’s a drink…and they try to put that candy stuff on top but I don’t let them haha! I just want the drink!😂
