Great night testing out the AMOK DRAUMR 5.0 hammock set up.
This has converted me to Hammock camping!!!!

Absolutely amazing bit of kit .i watched this while I am in my decathlon 3 person tent in Scarborough. Imagine what your hammock would be like without the bug net .i bet all them midges followed you from Northumbria😂👍😂👍

Hi Simon, i found using a centre zip sleeping bag is better for hammock use. Normal side zips are awkward to get into in a hammock.

They also make your bank account size alot smaller does the amok 😅, I'd like to get one in the future but the prices need to come down atleast £150 , my hennessy safari xxl can't be beat for cost and quality for a complete all in one set up. on a serious note, I'd wish @amok they would make the foot end come higher up about 10 or 12 inches to make it easier to zip up the bug net at the foot end as they are hard to reach down to zip it up as its a big stretch to reach down the foot end.

Good point there mate actually about the foot box I also found the zip a stretch 🤣 saying that like I'm not exactly flexible hahah. I'll check out your system mate heard of them but not seen in action. Thanks for watching ATB Simon

A mate of mine has the Amok. He rates the comfort but said its a pain in the arse getting in and out of until you get used to it. They do some quirky camo patterns for the tarps that are a bit different. Great spot and vid, hope to see you soon.

I love sleeping outside, but due to some facts (traveling alone, getting older and some "physically challenges" so to say) I'm really looking for an alternative to my ultralight tent.. so you were right in time and on point with you video.. 😊.. Wonderful idea with the podcast i would love to hear your talking while swinging in the hammock 😂.. Therefore, I'm not a social media girl...
