Today I'm opening not one but TWO PLouise £30 mystery boxes I recently purchased from the tiktok shop. Things didn't exactly go to plan though & I have to admit I'm a little disappointed.
I've bought multiple boxes from the Plouise tiktok shop before, sometimes even multiple orders on the same day and this hasn't happened before. It just seems a little more care could have been implemented when processing orders to check labels and see where the boxes are going.

Thanks for watching my videos ♡. Plouise make up itself is amazing however their customer service are so bad. I'm so disappointed to be honest I doubt I'll ever buy anything from them again. Considering the train I received was broken and they so far have done little to help me and yesterday told me I was unable to return it. All they offered was to send me tape to fix the train which is a joke 😆 the thing doesn't even light up. If you get plouise don't bother with the bigger items as they are not worth it. ♡

Their make up is good however their customer service team are so awful, after the treatment i have received and the issues I had with the advent I'm quite disappointed and honestly wish I never brought the advent. I've never tried PLouise but I recently bought my first bundle at TT shop. I love Flower Beauty and that got discontinued in the UK, so I was really happy to find it in TTS. 10 items 5.50 was amazing! 😊

I have never used flower beauty. Shame it's been discontinued. I have recently ordered from lillywhite. They have a Halloween mystery box. Never tried it. So it will be interesting to make a video. Plouise at the moment is my favourite brand for the uk, though.

@luisaramos6862 their products are actually really good. The only thing I haven't tried is their foundation. I have just tried their skin care, too. So I can't comment just yet. I'm gonna give it a few more weeks. But so far, so good. I haven't had any breakouts or anything ♡

😆 not at all. As i said in thw video they could have changed the fragrances or something. They have enough products as it is. 😆 but oh well. It's gonna be a giveaway now. And I'll add another product inside as I have a bunch of duplicates for other products. Pallette etc so it's a bit of a mystery to who ever wins it

I know what you mean it does say it on their site. However, when you buy on their live tiktok shop, they influence you to buy as many times as possible to be able to win they do not advise you it will/ may be duplicated. It's all a ploy to make more money. and it works. But they should look in the where the person has brought from and mix them up if it's from their live shop ♡ however their customer services is very bad. So nothing will be done. I just know not to do it again.

My daughter would love this box,she will be 15 tomorrow and started collecting for her 14th birthday,as I parent I think it's great value for money when you buy these boxes and the monthly subs look good too

I haven't tried the monthly budget boxes as of yet but they do look good tbh. If you get the mystery boxes recommend buying to from their lives on tiktok if you live on the uk. It can be a bit addictive and chaotic, but you also get the chance of winning a double up and getting it packed on the live. I ended up with 460£ worth of makeup up after only spending 30£ as I won twice in one day. If you look tomorrow you can always mention (several time) it's your daughters birthday so you might have a better chance of winning it as a gift for her ♡

It does. However, with their amazing marketing tactics on tiktok live, it's difficult not to order multiple times to try and win different competitions. Also, it's not really mentioned in the lives of their tiktok shop.

One is a Christmas gift so it doesn't matter if they end up having the same contents. Looking forward to your advent calender reveal though. I couldn't justify the expense, even though its sure to be lovely.

I was watching there live a couple of nights ago and they said if you order 2 we promise to give you different products but we will put them in the same box, don’t know if it was just for that live tho, my daughter just had the same thing happen with made by Mitchell Halloween mystery bags x

Exactly. That's whay they say on live but it says on their website not to order more then 1 a day or it may be the same. So it's frustrating and their customer service are no help. I haven't tried made by Mitchell I want to but I don't know if I want to if that makes sense lol ♡

Someone mentioned that when ordering they do tell you not to order more than one box on the same day so I will give them the benefit of the doubt their. I don't think that the bronzer palette is a good choice for something in a mystery box their bronzers are very dark and very orangey and limited to the type of skin that they can be used on. I think in a mystery box they should send out eyeshadow palettes. Anything is better in my opinion than a bronzer. Most woman don't even use it. Also the eyebrow gel would have been adisappointment. I would like to see a lip color, a pallet and a blushed. All in neutral shades :-)

If you buy it from their website, it says that. However, if you buy from the tiktok live like i did, they don't tell you that. They have good sales tactics that make you want to buy to be entered into as many giveaways as possible ♡ tbh I lole the bronzers i fel it covers alot of different skin tones. But yeah the brow gel was a little disappointing but it's a mystery box so I can complain too much. I have a few other duplicates so whwn I do my give away I'll be adding another product in. It could be a blush or a pallet who can say. Once I get to 500 I'll do the draw and as long as you like in the uk I can ship it out if you're selected to win and you subscribe to me
