Nate this one is a beautiful home. I love this front porch I’d make it 8’ wide so you could put a nice table with chairs. The display area when you come in the front door is a nice touch. In the living room the fireplace has to be wood burning and a tv above it with a mantle. Just a beautiful home

Great looking home, both outside and inside! I would flip the living room and dining room because I like the living room to be the first room I enter, and the back door would be better off of the dining room if there’s a back-porch with a grill. That was one of my favorite looking kitchens!!! Love the wood cabinets with the corner pantry and plenty of drawers and cupboards too. And, finally showers with frosted glass doors, so there is a bit more privacy. Also, that’s a fantastic price for a very nice home~Thanks Nate😊

I noticed in the master bathroom on the alternative floor plan, there is a linen closet or cabinet first thing on the wall behind the entry door then tub then shower. On this model as toured there is no linen closet or cabinet, The only shelves are inside the closet which usually is used for other things.

It is one of the most solidly built homes I have seen on this channel. Very homey feel to this design. I would love to see the guest bath a little larger and I actually wasn't a fan of the dishwasher cover. I would love to see this home in a two bedroom with the current bath a walkin closet for the larger guest room and the second bedroom is exactly the size of the master bath so you could have a luxury bath for the guests too. Love the pocket door on the water closet so I don't have to close it lol

I would like to see a in person tour of the other floor plan. In both floor plans I would like to see a window in the bathroom that opens. This floor plan is nice and I like the kitchen but not enough upper cabinets, I'd have to have upper cabinets installed over the peninsula. Corner wood burning fireplace with a hearth and mantel.

Love the display shelves when you come in and Love the diagonal kitchen, floor color and cabinet color and the shiplap. Living room is cozy and put the fireplace and the TV on the diagonal wall. Love this and the dormers.❤formers. Love the Master bath and the diagonal tub. Love the front porch.

I liked this model it had a very impressive look on the outside and the inside wowed me I liked the dining table it really showed the room depth size and the kitchen was perfect and the Costco pantry loved the shelfs (heavy duty and deep), the laundry area was a little small but it gets the job done I just prefer my wash/dryer side by side with pedestal so I don't have to bend down but the Master bath I want the ALT version perfect for handicap access and if I can be honest the price point is perfect compared to some other models you have shown from that region they should rename it "The Starter Home" or "The Retiree Home" perfect to downsize and live out your best days to come.

I did a cabin it the woods the Cedar color with an evergreen trim and a barn red door. Your orange house could keep the cedar color siding I think a brown for the vertical cladding and green or brown trim. Mine was cedar shiplap cladding.

Beautiful exterior. I'm not keen on the kitchen. It all looked a bit dated to me. I wonder if you could get a separate oven and hob. I'd definitely want a fireplace in the living room. And change the colours, but saying that this has been on show for 8 years makes sense with the dated look. I'd also like to know about the windows in the roof. Are they in the loft?
