Oh man, everyone is hating on this homeowner! He seems like someone who’s in theatre-his look, mannerisms, and voice. I bet he likes British literature, plays, poetry, etc...I tend to believe that people who choose to live in tiny homes are humble and special. Not pretentious. They see the beauty in simplicity and having less (which is so much more). Anyway, Zach has a lovely home with awesome windows and our fabulous Bryce helped build it!! 👍

@GeekFilter4 жыл бұрын
He said he needed to build a barricade "In the meantime she's pretty savvy, she knows what a 2 ft drop is." I know it sound odd, but they actually do know! When my son was 11 months old we took away one off the sides off the crib so that he could crawl out instead off crawling over and accidentally hurt himself, However until resentally, he never deared leaving the bed because he wasnt comfortable in his own skill to climb down! Now at 14 months he has learn how to safely climb down the stairs so, he has started using the same teknik walking out of his bed 😂 but he wouldnt climb down the stair either before he started to understand the teknik! If he tries to climb down and realize that its too high, he climbs up again! They are not stupid!

Explain what healthy materials went into this build other, than wood please!? It seems to be a nice tiny home but, it's on grid? I noticed the two outside electric cords leading to the tiny house. Also, the tiny "Healthy" home had quite alot of power robbing, appliance's...the Big fridge,the washer and dryer combo, the induction cook top,lighting,wall mounted heater/AC unit. The owner mentioned putting in a outside hot tub as well. Where's the water supply coming from? Sorry, I don't mean to sound negative about my questions! I'm just saying that if he wants to be on grid that's fine. unless they, (family) are planning to go off grid, this " Healthy" tiny house is the same as a bigger house, just a much smaller footprint 😂😎

He probably clicks away on his computer while looking down his nose at those that work in the ‘fracking’ industry. Honestly I’m really tired of the holier then thou attitude. The hard working people in the fracking industry provide petroleum for plastics, energy for power and heat. Wood has to be cut, petroleum refined to plastics and metal mined to make anything happen. None of the products used in that house could have been built or moved without ‘real’ energy. And solar ain’t gonna cut it. BTW I don’t work in that industry it is just an observation. A ‘thank you for the raw products that allowed me to have this wonderful home’ would be nice to here every once in a while.

80,000 still seems like an inflated price for a tiny home. This home was built well, but in a workshop setting with volunteer labor, yet is double/triple what some comparable tiny homes cost. @MrMCTario7 жыл бұрын
The price could have been lower but wages for cabinet makers are high in areas where rent is high. This has an elaborate cabinet grade built in loft. Things like propane wall ovens jack the price up in a hurry. Pretty much everything used in this is high end. To get a tiny version of a million dollar home for 80 000 isn't too bad. I guess tiny homes are what you make of them.
@lori67097 жыл бұрын
Sha Liz, I also live in NY(Upstate) and it is possible to buy a traditional home for $80k. Tiny homes here cost far less. For anyone thinking of having a tiny home built in one of the more expensive real estate markets, perhaps they could shop around and find a company in a different area, where a tiny home could be built for a lesser price. After all, those wheels are there for a reason... 👍

another great tiny house video! I really like the enclosed stairway and the cantilevered closed off loft. Adult privacy is going to be an issue quite soon though....babies turn into kids really fast!

This thing is perfect... WOW. No compromises at all in this tiny space... But is it really worth 80k?
