It is an excellent movie and there is a big reason for it. The cast are not actors, they are real Navy Seals that went to battle. Because of it, some of the more docile talking parts aren't that amazing as they're not trained actors, but boy are the action scenes better than most other movies of this type because they actually know what they're doing.
