There's an old joke among Queen fans that goes - Interviewer : What I instruments do you play? Freddie : The crowd. If you want to see true mastery over a crowd can I recommend Love Of My Life, Another One Bites The Dust or his call and response before Under Pressure all live from Wembley 1986. Also it's one thing to control a crowd of Queen fans, but for true mastery, check out their legendary 20 minute set for the charity concert Live Aid in 1985. They were only one of many top bands that day and were added to the bill late, so the stadium had already sold out to fans of the other acts, but that didn't stop Freddie. With their high energy performance and Freddie's mastery over the crowd they stole the show, so much so that this performance has been voted the best live rock performance more than once!

It's still considered not just the best rock performances, but probably one of the most defining moments for music, and greatest moments in music history, as Queen that day set the standard for a concert that has never been achieved by anyone else since, and probably never will. Freddie was truly a force of nature. one of a kind.

Freddie was always looking for true love, if you read his lyrics there is always this yearning and longing for a real and true relationship. He finally found it but tragically not for too long, I think you are also yearning for a true relationship and I think that the secret is to always be open to the possibilities. It may come to you when you least expect it or from someone that you hadn't considered in that light, whichever it is, I hope that you embrace it. I found my true love when I was thirty and we had 42 years of bliss until he died of brain cancer not too long ago. Even with the ten years of suffering that he had I still wouldn't change a thing because I loved him so much and still do. All I am trying to say is, don't stop looking, true love is worth it.

I was thrilled to see another Queen reaction by you (I admit I had been impatiently tapping my foot waiting) and I'm glad you reacted to Somebody to Love in Montreal. It's probably one of the group's best live performances with Freddie's voice perfect throughout the entire two+ hour-long concert (which I hope you will someday take the time to watch) and the four members melded into an almost flawless unit. "You Take My Breath Away" at Hyde Park - 1976 - was from a free concert Queen gave in London to thank their fans for their support. Approximately 150,000 people showed up (which shocked everyone). It was a rowdy crowd and I find it amazing how quiet they became as the song progressed...all part of Freddie's magic. He wrote and sang it in Hyde Park before Queen had ever recorded it (the recorded song is beautiful and equally enjoyable in a different way). This is just Freddie and the piano. From the beginning, you will see that he falls completely into the lyrics and his music. This is a different Freddie than you have seen before, one that shows a part of himself that he normally kept hidden from most of the world. It's one of my favorites on several levels. Queen was the greatest Live band ever! You will never find better!! I highly recommend the hard rock Fat Bottomed Girls live at Milton Keynes in 1982 to lift your spirits! And as far as women go, in order to be the best person you can be, you need times with a partner and times alone. Enjoy each experience!! And then when that special person comes, you will be ready for her!

It's great that you "feel what he sings" That's all he wanted. People would ask him "what did this song mean" and Freddie always answered the same "What did it mean to you?" He and the rest of the band were very vague as to the meaning behind their lyrics, they didn't want you feeling what they were when they wrote it or sung it, they wanted you to have your own genuine emotion to or attachment to it....JUST LIKE YOU DID! So...to you....that's what the song meant 😀 Great reaction vid! And do not give up on love, yours will come. Don't look at the past loves and do not dwell on any of them, because if you dwell on the one you think your suppose to be with but aren't, there is a chance the right one may come by unnoticed and you'll miss them.

Awww. You’ll find it, take your time. It’s an old saying but love usually finds you when you least expect it. This whole show is amazing & 99.99% of the time live Queen > Studio Queen. If you want to stick to this show & see how Freddie has the crowd eating out of the palm of his hand, Dragon Attack is a good choice. It’s a total jam track. Or from Wembley ‘86 (Saturday night show) under pressure, or another one bites the dust are really fun. If you want to be romantic, love of my life or who wants to live forever. Note: I AM VERY SORRY that this is lengthy. But I feel compelled to add facts along with my request for help. Please be patient and read this in its entirety and please help me. With Thanksgiving coming up this week, the following day what do we hear? CHRISTMAS MUSIC! It was well known that Freddie loved Christmas. It was his favorite Holiday. He hoped he would get one more Christmas in 1991. Unfortunately, he died exactly one month to the day of Christmas Eve on November 24th. They only recorded 1 Christmas song, “Thank God It’s Christmas”, when Freddie was alive. The song wasn’t released on any studio album. The song appears on the “B” side of the single “A Winter’s Tale” in 1995 from the “Made In Heaven” album, but not on the album itself. Then in 1999 on Queen’s “Greatest Hits 3” album, “Thank God It’s Christmas” is included and was once again released in 2011 on the Deluxe Edition Album “The Works”. Lastly, in 1995 on a Christmas Album by Various Artists called “The Edge of Christmas”, “Thank God It’s Christmas” once again appears. I personally have NEVER EVER heard “Thank God It’s Christmas” with the usual Christmas Music from the day after Thanksgiving through the New Year and I do not understand why! How many times can you hear “Grandma Got Run Over By A Reindeer” or the “Donkey” song and NOT hear Queen’s “Thank God It’s Christmas”? It pisses me off because it’s a beautiful CHRISTMAS song and deserves to be a “Staple” during Freddie’s favorite Holiday Season! In the 1980 movie “The Blues Brothers” Elwood Blues a/k/a Dan Akroyd, says that he is “On a Mission From God”. Well, now I’m “On a Mission From God” to make Queen’s “Thank God It’s Christmas” become a Hit and be played during the 2019 Holiday Season and every Holiday Season forward. “Thank God It’s Christmas” is so underrated because you NEVER hear it! I myself haven’t a clue as to how to go about getting “Thank God It’s Christmas” played. What better way to achieve this but to send this comment to the many Queen Reactors I Like, Subscribe, Comment and Watch. So I’m relying on everyone who reads this. Please help me get “Thank God It’s Christmas” another hit and Christmas Song addition, also giving Freddie and of course Queen, another hit, after Freddie’s death!
