Nivati It is proven to have a direct effect on productivity. ‍Morale is how your employees feel about coming to work every day, how they approach their assigned tasks, and their attitude about the direction the company is taking. Put simply, employee morale is the culmination of job satisfaction, life outlook, and attitude. I had to supervise 200 employees under me, and it isn't easy sometime, anyway I love your video just found your site 7 hrs ago.
