I spent a year in south Texas and this shop is probably one of the best shops I have ever been into in my rc life… on top of that the shop crew is some of the nicest guys and are super helpful and will 100% go above and beyond for you . Can’t possibly say enough about this operation- very cool everything

It feels like I'm watching a scene from another country, or decade. A million dollars worth of expensive and easy to carry items, sitting out. And in NYC you have to ring a bell and wait 5 minutes for someone to unlock a box of Q-Tips. Texas and Florida (* the Texas of the Atlantic coast lol) are awesome :) Love your enthusiasm and knowledge.

The groms are so much fun,but they have a couple weak points. 1 problem is stock diffs pretty weak but there is a metal upgrade so that's cool and second weak point is the servo saver breaks easy. I'll stay say it's a great little truck. I've only had to replace those parts and haven't broken anything thing yet.

I live about 8 minutes from that shop. Feels strange seeing it on youtube, but it's cool to see them get some recognition. Great shop with some really cool people behind the counter. They also have a location in La Plaza mall just a few minutes away from the 10th street location. It's a really great place to kill some time while running errands in town. Don't think I've ever walked in there without leaving with something I wasnt supposed to buy that day 😅

hey brother, i was thinkig of getting one of those, I already have a teton with brushless setup, is actually my favorite truck. you can see my channel and see some vids of it. but yes, i want the grom. but i read about the diff having to much truble because they are plastic ones or something like that, did you change them or have u had any issues with it?

@@mataflais I changed them to the metal ones but the stock ones did break on me. They still work though I juse super glued the cups back in but it turned it into locked diffs. But yeah, diffs really have been my only issue I put brushless in for more speed

Man groms are great with a few upgrades. Def need to get rid of the stock diffs. Mine went bad before I even went brushless I have 2 one is a 2s 2435 4800kv rig and the other is on 3s with a 2838 5300kv. Stock mine erevo tires work great on the grom. Great vids dude. 🎉🎉have fun!!!!

I really need to downsize my collection and get all the projects gone. I think I have almost 3 complete XR10’s in various stages of being built. That and drift/ road cars that I’ve not been able to use in several years…. I may have a couple years still before my son starts bashing hobby grade rtr’s(he’s only 2 but he already has a couple cheap cars he insists on crashing… on purpose). I just need to sell/trade it all and start over. Also, is there a charger that’s just straight plug in and go? I’ll go to charge a battery that came in an rtr kit and I have no clue how to tell what charger will work, or if it has buttons to dial in the battery how to figure it out… my memory and dyslexia reek havoc on any numbers I’ve ever had to use and/or remember. All the pain and medications over the last decade haven’t helped with the finishing projects or fixing broken down vehicles either. Edit; I’ve never seen that Traxxas Hauler… if my son sees that I’ll have to sell an organ! He’s really into monster trucks, I think he has over 60 of the 1:64 ones but if he saw that and the LMT side by side he would lose his mind for the hauler!! He LOVES tow trucks, over the construction vehicles and monster trucks. I spent a whole day trying to make a tow arm and hook on one of his monster trucks so he can tow them…I’ve no clue why he likes them so much. I am conflicted, I both would love and hate to have a store like this nearby.
