Found this house on Google Earth street view which was sometime around the beginning of 2022. Yard was in great shape. Obviously they moved out soon after for it to grow this quickly.

Just a suggestion. If you turn your rake upside down on concrete and push your grass and leaves it is easier and more efficient. It doesn’t work in the yard though. Great work! This was a hard one.
