Hello my friends! Today I baked an unusual pizza bread.

Ingredients for bread that tastes better than pizza:
20 grams of fresh yeast.
250ml of water.
Add 1/2 teaspoon sugar.
Add 2 tbsp flour.
Mix well.
Cover and let rise for 10-15 minutes.
Add to the yeast mixture:
450 grams of flour.
1 teaspoon of salt.
Mix well.
Put the dough on the table.
Knead the dough on the table.
The dough is very dense.
The dough should be like mine.
Cover and set in a warm place for 1 hour.
Prepare the dressing for our bread:
100 ml olive oil.
Finely chop some basil.
cut parsley.
2-3 cloves of garlic.
Mix well.
The dough has risen well.
Sprinkle the table with flour.
Put the dough on the table.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin.
Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
Make cuts with a pizza cutter.
Spread bread with herb butter.
Olive oil with herbs.
You can sprinkle the dough with mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 180°C / 392°F 20 min.

Оригинально интересно замес теста дважды подьем получается и хорошо что сразу на доьки разрезали еще если в масло добавить томатную пасту или мелко томаты нарезать вот и будет и хлеб и пицца спасибо здоровья вам и счастья.!
