The guy who created the level in 14:19 has AE as a comment in the video, now I dont know if its a joke or not, but its a character fascist supporters use in Spain. AE stands for Arriba España "Way up Spain" or smth like that in English which was the motto of the totalitarian regime that governed us since 1939 until 1975.
