This was how I managed to finally own a house. Bought a 17yr abandoned house for $100k cash. 2,100 sqft on 20 acres. Takes some dedication but it will be beautiful once I’m finished this fall.

Follow some of the European videos people do on abandoned places. The stuff is left after many years. Surprising the electric and water is still on like France. The country keeps it on in case the person can't pay the bill, so a person will not have to do without. They do not know when a person dies necessarily. So they stay on. You could live in one of them places no problem. I wonder why people do not move in and claim adverse possession. You live in a place for 7 plus years and you can own it, you have to have kept it up and payed the taxes on the place. Wish I would have known it when I lived in England. I would have found a nice place to live. Here in the US there are many too. I would find out what happened and why it is abandoned, when was the taxes paid last and by whom. If things are clear, move in. If you look for relatives and can't find any there you go.

My mom used to own a house in the California redwoods back in the mid-1960's. Kind of a dumpy shack and it was only like $10 grand. There was nothing there back then. The house still stands today amidst an entire neighborhood, more fixed up, and it just sold for $560,000. Places that were once desolate are now primo estate houses for the rich and they pay any price.

100% elderly couple. The way all papers are bagged in ziplock, everything filed away, everything saved, the microwave in the bedroom and the wheelchair ramps. All suggests an aging couple with limited mobility. The brand new Magic Bullets were likely to make nutritional drinks after losing the ability to eat solid food, and the heater was likely because the furnace in the mobile home was not strong enough to keep them warm. The things arrived in the mail after the couple left and the family just stuffed them in the bedroom and they never got used at all. Just delivered and then left to rot.

Family visited every day as they moved items to the new apartment and storage, despite that, within two weeks, squatters moved in. @marilynsears76114 жыл бұрын
ABSOLUTELY!!! That always drives me nuts! People always kill any snake they see without trying to find out what kind it is. Rat snakes and king snakes and a few others eat rats, mice, etc, they also eat water moccasins ,rattle snakes, etc! Rats and mice not only cause massive property damage. They also carry very nasty diseases! Google Black Death and bubonic plague just to name a few. Oh and FYI those cute little green snakes and garter snakes will do a massive clean up of all those gross slugs eating your garden ! But wait there’s more. If you still want to “get rid” of snakes on your property get a few pigs and turn them loose. They will hunt down and eat snakes. But then you’ve got a bigger problem feral hogs !!!!! In conclusion LEAVE THE RAT SNAKES ALONE !!!!

You guys I found a trick for old dressers and desks any kind of older wood drawers that stick you go to the isle at the store to buy canning goods and buy a box of gulf wax bars after you clean them up rub the wax on any part of the dressers and drawers that make contact and it will make them glide lol hope it helps love you guys videos and your adventures. Keep it up😁😷

Nice purchase BUT surprised it hasn't been vandalised more by humans rather than rodents. A lot of items could have been taken and sold for cash, very surprising. Must admit it becomes a little wearing to hear "you could sell this" or "you can make money"! I really think that is what the intention of the buyer was! He's not jealous MUCH!

As interesting as it is to see someone going through a haunted house when needs to be careful because sometimes there are entities in there that don't want to be bothered

I had a native American Indian from a tribe I was in back in the 1800's follow me and my sister into this life time and that house I now own. White Cloud was the dark energy spirit, caused a lot of problems in that place. Check out my Healing with Jeanette - 001 Sister Dee AAM See how we remove them through the hypnosis.

@Sean Green Do not bet on it. Spirits as well as dark ones take up residence inside places. Read my other messages and check out the video I mention. People can bring in spirits and demons from other places they are attached to things. I had a painting a spirit was attached to.

I know everyone has their guesses but it is probably an older couples home like you said. They probably moved to a care facility and just passed away.
