Wait till just after the totys drop then pick him up. Most people will open packs not pack any totys then go back and buy there teams so he will start to rise. Sold mine over a month ago when he was as 3.5 mil knowing I can pick him up again at toty for 1.5 or less. But I packed R9 from the icon sbc so I'm quids in now and don't need him
