Go into settings and change the power to 150 it will go 38mph the settings are all in the manual to tell you what number setting is for the power setting.

I had the exact same handlebars on my ebike. Changed them to shortened mountain bike handlebars and a handlebar extender for the dispay. A lot of work, but at 5'8 i felt like the handlebars were way too high and sketchy. Its perfect now. Great video, nice work.

Just ordered their new model, the S6. My Ridstar Q20 just got stolen after about 700 miles. I loved it but as a bigger dude (6'2" 275lbs) I found the power/range lacking at times. For $1500 the S6 comes with dual 52v 25AH batteries and the same dual 1000w motors as the S8. So as long as I get a good one and there aren't any defects/missing parts, it should be like an S8 on steroids. Now to find a much sturdier lock/chain...

Yeah that's the tough part. I want a cool ebike, but the cooler it is the more someone wants to take it lol. I think I'm gonna get one of the rotor locks with an alarm to supplement a decent chain and padlock.

I changed the number of levels from 5 to 3. Level one throttle tops out at 13.5mph, 2 goes to 23 and level 3 goes 32. I disabled my pedal assist. I prefer having more precise control over how and when the motor activates. I also zip tied some foam to my controllers so they don't bounce around.

Pretty dope for the money to have a 2 motor for that extra Hill Climb don't think it sucks about it the range will be killed if you run it on two Motors all the time but pretty neat you can activate just one of them

Customer service has been responsive for me. I had an issue with the g60 and they got back to me with a solution quickly. No problems after 300 miles on the s8

Based on my experience with my other dual motor bike, which is only 48v not 52 like the q20 pro, I would get the q20 pro if you’re willing to spend that much. The extra power of a dual motor bike is a lot of fun.

Amazing video! I recently picked one up myself. I wanted to ask a quick question, Have you encountered the bike being locked at 15mph? I watched the video from the company to unlock the bike speed and followed the steps, but it's still locked to 15

if you still having this issue the fix could be the speed lock , basically just turn the bike off and hold the break for 15 seconds and then turn it back on and it should either release the speed lock or turn it back on if it was off already

The only thing I changed in the settings was the top speed limit. It could do 32 out of the box and I maxed the speed limit and it tops out at 33 now

@@Gbros12You have to hold the brakes for like 5 seconds before turning it on and like 10 seconds after turning on. There is nothing that tells you it works except you can suddenly go faster.

I heard there’s a big Facebook group of ppl for the q20 that help others out so maybe the amyet will get one I just ordered the amyet where I live a lot of hills so I think that’s best for me I guess at the end of the day the amyet has a slight edge over the q20

Mine is stuck at 21 mph help please it was going like 35 but all of the sudden it’s topping at 20 21 I didn’t change the settings other then to turn up the speed extra to try and get my top speed back but no luck the front motor feels way more powerful to could my back hub be bad?

So you did change something In settings no matter if you tried to turn up the speed that’s still considereded messing with the settings I have this bike and I have gotten mine up to like 37mph but just do a factory reset

You have to hold the brakes for like 5 seconds before turning it on and like 10 seconds after!!! So super easy to accidentally turn on or off the higher speeds

With the bike turned off, hold the right brake and turn on the bike while holding the brake for at least 15 seconds. This should fix it. I had the same issue
