Fr, like real life buckshot shells in a shotgun are really deadly at really long ranges (I've seen up to like, ~150 meters) yet for balance game developers make shotguns unrealistically shit (except for games specifically made to be realistic, like insurgency sandstorm, which does allow shotguns to function at realistic ranges)
