Nice! I haven't looked much into it specifically, but firmer mattresses that one can tolerate the better. harder surface allows me to better expand

You’ve got to have a strong core to do this properly. My arms when overhead and hanging are in front of my head and my pelvic tilt is terrible.

Do you have any tips on getting those inner foot contacts? I keep rolling to the outside and back of my feet and feel super ungrounded. Also have atp and low back pain

I've been having people start in a more slanted (supinated) position on a slant board and it works pretty well

How to reduce abdominal active during exhalation? And perform the tuck with glutes and hams engagement? I also have wide isa secondary compensation with abdominal overactivity during exhalation.

I don't recommend coaching the tuck anymore. Found too easy to cheat with it. For the exhale, keep it soft, slow, and lazy

My arms feel completely different when hanging. One grips wells and the other feels very tight through the forearm nothing seems to help
