I think the panel looks great. It's low profile, it's dark in color so it doesn't really stand out too much. It ditches one of the 20 logos they went overboard with from the front of the machine, and it helps with vibration issues i hear. I wanted to snag one up during this months sale but bills and vet and life etc... etc... lol, maybe 3 months later during the next sale. I think being able to more easily navigate and have access to SHMUP games in a really nice, large cabinet is worth it on sale but at $200, nah. Plus bowling games like Simpsons Bowling etc if you decide to go the PC route and mod this thing up (Not sure if you can run that game with the included hardware. Probably not) Which everyone should be doing to get the most for their dollar.

It is a great add on if you want to play vertical games on your pinball machine. I am good with playing them on a vertical arcade machine instead. I did get this control panel and I don't think it really adds that much to improving the navigation. Up is still up, down is still down, a button press is still a button press, etc... Bottom line if you don't have a vertical arcade machine and feel that you would want to play vertical arcade machines on your pinball machine then it is worth the cost. Don't buy it for navigation. It isn't worth it.

i think it a lot better then using that D-pad that comes with ALP .i dont think it worth $200 plus shippping . price probably should be $100 not $200 . if you wait for atgames sales you can get it cheaper right now atgames having a winter sale it $120

Not sure I'd want to spend an extra 200$ on a "fighting stick" setup for a pinball machine. I get the d-pad is maybe "clunkier" to use, but I don't spend more time switcing games than I do actualyl playing a table.. so I don't know. 200$ is too steep for my wallet.

No you buy a pinball cabinet for pinball, this is just butchering the whole reason why you brought it for in the first place.

I disagree, this isn't a real pin, it plays SHMUPS and looks low profile enough to not be gaudy.
