I think a costume that would be a fat cat would be perfect for 9 lives, it will make you really slow / bad jumps, etc but give you 9 hits, maybe even you "lose weight" as you get hit so that you regain speed / jump / whatever else it nerfs, it would create some good maps (and some hot garbage but hey, no changes from now huh lol)
