What is Among us?
As you attempt to prepare your spaceship for departure, but beware as one or more random players among the Crew are Impostors bent on killing everyone!
When a body is discovered you call a vote to decide who killed them! You can also call an emergency vote if you are suspicious. But becareful...it may lead to you getting sent out the air lock!

I think it would be quite cool if prox mod gave the crew a global chat, like they're using walky-talkies, but the monster can still hear them talk via proximity. So like there could then be better collaboration between the crew in dealing with the monster, plus the walky line will progressively get emptier and emptier as people get killed

It's awesome and shows that the devs pay attention to the community when they implement a gamemode that they community self made into their game. I remember playing Hide and Seek before it was made into a thing. Very different. This looks far more fun than the community version was.

Let me tell you my perspective and Strat on hide and seek mode (as crewmate): Everyone else is your body shield, don’t let yourself become one. Conserve vents, and use them only when you are about to be killed. When the screen turns red, *always keep moving.* It is useless to hide as your location is pinged once every few seconds. And finally, in relation to the first one: *Your crewmate friends are nothing more than bodyshields, the weak perish and the strong and clever survive* That is my personal perspective and Strat on hide and seek mode

Same, it's a bit overpowered to see the hiders on the map early. Also think that completing objectives should make the timer tick down slightly faster, rather than getting to haunt mode faster. Seems like most of the kills happen once haunt mode has started, so finishing the objectives should have some kind of benefit to shorten the haunt.

I'm imagining some of the roles with this mode: - Mini - Half-speed before Haunt mode, but doesn't show up on the Admin Table radar - Engineer - Can disable the Admin Table for a short time - Hacker - Can't be detected by the Admin Table, but instead the Seeker gets audio queues when close to the Hacker during Haunt Mode - Lighter - Directional vision is instead 360 degrees - Security Guard - Vents can't be bolted, but Cameras placed are visible only by the Security Guard, and can be viewed from anywhere, but only when not moving - Seer - When a player dies, the Seer gets the same directional pings for the Seeker for a short time - Snitch - When the Snitch has 1 task left, the Seeker gets directional pings for them even if they're not in Haunt Mode, but if all their tasks are completed, they instead get a (less frequent) directional ping for the Seeker - Tracker - Delayed directional pings for the Seeker, but pings end during Haunt mode - Bait - When killed outside of Haunt mode, the Seeker's speed returns to normal until they get another kill - Jester - Wins solo if they're the only one still alive when time runs out - Vulture - Gains a speed boost to match the Seeker's for a short time after eating a corpse - Pursuer - If slain by the Seeker, will survive but display a fake body and death announcement for a short time, during which they can't be seen - Bounty Hunter (Seeker) - Eating their bounty will give a short speed boost, but eating someone who isn't the bounty will decrease their speed for a short time instead

I'd LOVE to see a League/TFT skin of this mode, with the crewmates as standard champions and the imposter as Fiddlesticks. You can even match them up so that Fiddle says lines specific to who he's approaching, like "liiittlllle... liiIIIIIGHT" to Lux, "saraaaah... HIIIIIIDE" to Miss Fortune or "RAAAAUUUUM" to Swain.

I love the hide and seek mode but I believe it should be more like hall's hide and seek zombie mode like everytime uou kill some one they join you on the search or like in good hide and seek where the other players help you find the last of them but you should also have the good people wielding shotguns so they have a slight chance of winning and the shotguns only activate when there is only 4 people left otherwise you have to use a knife and run.
