I think, with cartel vid's, if you don't routinely speak conversational Spanish, you run the risk of subconsciously hating the language when your views about race have never been ones of hate or supremacy. I've heard of Vets having PTSD or even venting range at hearing Japanese/German, Korean, Vietnamese and Arabic/Farsi spoken by perfectly decent people merely discussing plans, giving directions, etc... I think it's good for SOME, not ALL, people to desensitize themselves by watching one or two such videos. You never know when you might be the first/only person able to render aid until the cops/fire/ambulance personnel get on-scene. WHAT the scene might BE, you never know. If you have to use your belt as a tourniquet, and it's not just a bullet into tissue, the would you're having to cinch off could be a great big mass of ohmyfuckingchrist! If it IS a bullet, MORE may be enroute to your location.

Unfortunately I watched the full version and the victim was definitely doped up to keep him from making the flaying difficult. He was probably injected with benzos, pain killers and some kind of numbing agent to the face andd scalp so he doesn't struggle. It's sad as hell when he asks them not to step on his chest. Hopefully he went into shock after the skin on his face was removed and his tongue was ripped through his chin and throat. His eyes darting around after that was what creeped me the hell out. The heart pumping after being removed is also disturbing considering the heart can continue to pump for up to several minutes outside the body ....
