11:55 make a timer on the quest.. So if a item simply persists in not spawning, or for some reason hackers always get it before you, or you always end up dying.. Make it so a timer however long, a couple of days or something, would allow said item to be bought off of flea for turn in. "BUT THEN PEOPLE WILL JUST NOT TRY AND JUST WAIT" Well those who will try are the ones who enjoy the game and are good at the game, and those who won't still has to wait 72 hours or something to advance in the quests.

@@RaptiK. scavs used to have killer ammo. i remember pulling AP 366 all the time. Just give them some high armour damage round so they can chew through plates, would also add the fear that they might not kill you but you aren't gonna be protected your next fight/rest of raid

@@RaptiK. Scavs should only be a threat if there's many.. And many people smacking at your lvl 5 or 6 armor will still be a threat. They shouldn't ever ever be a way for a scav to 1 tap you.. There just shouldn't same goes for the bosses it's just gay as fuck.. everyone is literally cheesing the ai encounters because the AI is so bad.
