GPS data Dono main humare paas unique ID hain plate number. But masla ye hain k dono main multiple time arhy. S ka pivot table kese bnaengy k summaries bna k check karsaky if any vehicle driven without (trip) in each day of the month. Thank you

1) Merge the Data: Combine the "Trip Details" and "GPS Data" sheets using the unique plate number. 2) Extract Dates: Extract the date from both the trip and GPS data (using trip date and GPS timestamp). 3) Create a Pivot Table: A. Put the Vehicle ID (plate number) in the Rows. B. Put the Date in the Columns. C. Put the Count of Trips in the Values. 4) Check for Missing Trips: If the trip count is zero for any day, it means that vehicle didn't complete a trip on that day.

I am unable to combine the data into a single sheet or table as the datasets are entirely different. The only shared identifiers (unique ID’s) are the Vehicle ID and Date. I have one month data where each vehicle has multiple entries per day. I need this data summarized in the following format: • Rows: Plate numbers • Columns: Dates (or reversed if necessary) For each combination of Vehicle ID and Date, I need to see two summarized values (from each dataset): 1. Trip Counts: Total trips for each vehicle per day 2. GPS Distance: Sum of the distance covered by each vehicle per day Both values should appear together, either in separate columns or rows, whichever format works best. Thank you once again
