@@leonayoung Well, there are different techniques in digital compared to traditional, but in both ways, I just keep watch on how hard I press my pencil/pen on the canvas. And to make sure to not just stick with one shade of a specific color. This is actually a tip a good friend of mine gave me lol. Let's say your shading something red. You can shade in the darker parts with a little bit of brown or black, and the lighter parts with a little bit of pink or white. Stuff like that. 🧡
