Regarding the possible TOS violations, I think they'd never be acted upon for 2 reasons - 1. Any publicity is good publicity, and though those would even be considered hurting the game and 2. Even if mojang doesn't like those videos, the TOS only applies to Minecraft and the only thing they can do with it is remove those people's accounts. Mojang knows VERY well that it they just nuke someone's account since they don't like something they said, there WILL be consequences

4:05 I have been saying for a year but only in comments that every Minecraft video now is just unoriginal and it only attracts an audience that wants stimulation. You should prioritise the amount of content rather than editing but both are important. Just set yourself apart. Be different and original.
