Yes, Taemin is a beautiful piano player, and he was really playing in the MV. In addition, the baby grand he was playing in the MV is the same as the baby grand he has in his home. During his VLIVEs, he will sometimes play and sing for us. There are many YT videos of Taemin playing, as well as him playing during his concert performances. Basically everything you see from Taemin from about 2017 on is directly translated from his own mind. He pours himself into his concepts. In fact, his 2020, 2-part album, "Never Gonna Dance Again" (NGDA) includes an entire storyline connecting everything throughout the album. It is an epic masterpiece of art and music. Taemin is very hands-on when it comes to his work, SHINee are very hands-on. They are one of the few groups or soloists with a lot of creative control.
