i think if a player reach's a certain "report" threshold then the decision to ban a player should be reviewed by an actual person...or even further down the rabbit hole...at a certain report number, have ricochets built in "Kernel" level capability's take over and actually scan the players PC

Saying you banned 20,000 cheaters and 8,000 spam reporters doesn’t give a good feeling at all. If the game has 500,000 active players at any given time. That means 1 in 18 people are cheating. So one cheater every 2 games in multiplayer and 6 cheaters per game in warzone. This number is also pretending that they banned every single cheater in warzone.

@ even if I use 3 million concurrent players and the number of banned accounts, that ration is still 1 in 107. It still amounts to 1 cheater per game of Warzone. And 1 cheater every 9 games of MP (13 games for ranked). The real problem is. This is just how many games the banned accounts were affecting. The fact that they ban 10,000+ cheaters at any given time means the problem is way bigger

People were already doing it on warzone almazra, they would create a script to report someone from your last match, it was quite easy to do. It did lead to a lot of shadow and, to the point Activision posted the tweet about that they were gonna punish spam reporters.
