This fish is Tilapia which is generally found in the Lakes of Pokhara. Its a fish of sweet water which is usually eaten in mainland of India and Nepal. So its not sea water fish so its not super salty but its quite sweeter. I also used to have Tilapia fish everyday when I was in Pokhara staying at Zostel. The chef used to cook it so well. Yum

54:30 he seems so confused when you asked him abt the months, because like many other Asian countries, Nepal uses a different calendar. The Nepali calendar is based on the Bikram Sambat, a widely used ancient calendar of the Hindu tradition. And not many nepali people actually know abt the international calendars. It was really nice!
