Thanks for putting up these videos. I discovered your channel yesterday and I've already watched on the order of 20 videos. Seeing what you are able to do, and what your students are able to do, coupled with what you're saying and showing convinces me you know what you're talking about and that you've got training patterns that actually work. Do you sell books or pdf's? I'd love to start training and progressing in the style of movement you promote. I don't have thousands of dollars to spend but 100 or even a few hundred I would gladly part with. A book of principles + example schedules based on some fictional characters where probably most of us wouldn't be too far off one of these hypothetical people. I'd definitely buy that. And maybe sell custom advice as a single product for when the autodidact people get stuck / are unsure / want some more guidance / etc. The whole thing could cost an hour or less on the part of the expert. People might be willing to pay quite alot for that. Many folks don't have this kind of training high enough on the priority list to spend thousands but they would nevertheless spend hundreds. At any rate I'm grateful for the videos and I can glean quite alot from the youtube content alone. I'll be changing the way I train. I just started training regularly earlier this year. I had some worries about training myself to be more stiff, especially in the shoulders. I had been sitting with that worry not doing alot about it. Now I've got some clear ways to keep my limberness and increase it as I get stronger. The bridge position in particular I find quite difficult to do. I've been doing it yesterday and I'll be doing it alot more. I've got you and your videos to thank for that. Thanks. Cheers

Actually I'm starting to get the hang hang of the bridge. The core strength and definitely the flexibility for the V sit is sorely lacking with me at the moment

This training looks a lot like my Judo training classes. We had to learn to fall and roll for safety purposes so we didn't get hurt when we were thrown.

I learn a few of these move in mma, like the positioning of the foot when we roll. And now, that's always how I stand up. Such benefits over something so minor
