Really solid album. The Outlaws all delivers better then the other albums and the title track is probably one of Pacs best verses IMO

2pac destroyed a whole coast. During that time. U had to be living then to understand it. He had people scared to hang or do songs with bad boy. They were postponing their albums because when they released the date, 2pac was saying he were gonna put out an album that date, too. He wanted all the smoke. Thats why Biggie Album didn't come out in 1996 they postponed it. Producers didn't even want to work with people that 2pac were beefing with

Tupac did not destroy a whole coast. In fact, 2 Pac was never beefing with any coast. This was a 2 Pac vs a select few of artists that 2 Pac was beefing with, most who have located in NY. 2 Pac made this abundantly clear.

We talking about the reaction of everyone and the resorts of people working with 2pac enemies. People albums wasn't doing good after all eyez on me came out even though media was trying to promote them. The majority people had spoke taking 2pac side. The record labels was scared to drop albums. 2pac got a old school group in new york a $300,000 bonus deal just for saying 2pac said he were gonna produce it. They call 2pac and 2pac said yes. He were controlling the east and west, if he didn't die he would've destroyed them. They came up after 2pac died.

@lowkeywoodfella Pac was never beefing with The Eastcoast. Not only has Pac clarified that Pac never has beefed with The East Coast, Pac's group - viz, The Outlawz has contained 5 members from NY. Morebroadly, Half [if not much more] of NY was siding/riding Pac, and Outwest, Midwest, and Down South was riding with Pac. PeriodT. Thus, 'just like with that East Coast vs West Coast Black Panther debacle, that whole "East Coast vs West Coast "Hip Hop Beef" smells Enemy-Propaganda to my person's Holy-Manchu nose.

note: all posthumous albums were songs he recorded between 1993-1996. still i rise was outtakes of all eyes on me and some were intended for an outlawz album before he died. r u still down were outtakes from thug life, me against the world, and strictly 4 my niggas. until the end of time were outtakes from me against the world, all eyez on me and makaveli. better dayz was outtakes from thug life and makaveli. pacs life was outtakes from all the albums released when he was alive.

Makaveli (2pac), Yaki Kadafi, Hussein Fatal, Kastro, Edi Mean, Napoleon, Young Noble, Musalini (Big Syke from Thug Life), and Storm make up The Outlawz (a.k.a. The Outlaw Immortalz). Hussein Fatal and the rest of the Outlawz weren't on good terms when they put this album together, so all of his verses were removed.

His mom label was dropping all the albums. Deathrow and interscope were a part of it, but Amaru had the final say. 2pac had a lot of albums already completed, but they couldn't come out like he wanted because of politics and samples.
