When you arrive look at the Business License which MUST be displayed, it's Blue in color 8" x6" check the Name on it against the so called " Owner " trying to rent the property. Many Fly By Nighters are working on %% commission and you can be left High n Dry if they walk away. IF A DEAL SOUNDS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE IN MEXICO....IT IS...WALK AWAY TOO!

Wow, 5* the price of an all inclusive if you go as a couple . You need at lease 15 people to make it worth while, even sharing between 10 is still more expensive then a good all inclusive. You are aiming at the wrong people, either corporate events or marriage not normal holiday people. Even coming from the UK. including flights its cheaper to stay at a good all inclusive like Rui Palace.
