If the daffodils have bulbs, they may go dormant or if transplanted and wilt out, they come back every time. When you move others, if their full plants, just keep damp for couple weeks and they will stand up. Good job by both of you today and everyday. ❤️❤️

Have fun!!!😅 Do you all have that pc of equipment that can be put on your tractor & just run over & kinda mulch it up. I believe that would take out a lot of those saplings. Is that what they call a bush hog? Wow that looks awesome! Good job kids looks great ! You've come along ways! You will sleep good tonight! Have a great supper! Bye👋🫶🤗💞🙏✨️🇺🇲😉

Plant some evergreens at the far back of the trails of your property and when they grow taller they will block the sound of the traffic. They dont shed leaves in the winter so it will stay as a buffer!
@pennybolick59359 ай бұрын
You can mow the daffodils and tuli[s down. But if you let the leafs die down and turn brown on their own it feeds the bulbs for next years flowers. That's what my great aunt told me anyway. I believe it because we had a lot of them growing differant places in our yard when we moved here and since my husband mows them down they don't hardly bloom anymore.

Daffodil bulbs take a couple of years to really start taking off. Mine were transplanted from my mothers property which I dug up after she past away a few years ago and I knew I was going to have to put the property up for sale. She had tons of them all over the back yard where we could see them the most and I couldn’t take them all, but I also took a bunch of snow drops, crocuses, hyacinths and the most gorgeous iris plants. This will be the 3rd year since I planted them here and already I can tell they are going to be outstanding. A piece of my mom and the home I grew up in is here with me to enjoy every spring now. I finally sold the house (with 11 acres) this past November, which was very hard for me to do but more than I could take care of alone at my age, but the memories of having the animals and huge garden and working the property will always be with me, especially now when I see those beautiful flowers all around my house.

I did the same thing with the last 50 of my77 years. I was caregiver for my mother for quite a few years and 3 months after mother passed at age 91, my homeless brother moved in. We both got to enjoy the flowers I had planted from our childhood and still today, some 11 years later, are watching the signs of spring.❤
