18:40 my biggest problem with the older gen’s is the fact that they don’t keep up with the times. Mental health has recently become part of the mainstream healthcare but unfortunately I was looked upon as crazy because I chose to go to therapy and take medication when it was still taboo. Most mental disorders really only need a good therapist and maybe some temporary medication but it truly depends on how much the person wants to work hard to change certain negative behaviors or get them under control. With all that said, there’s nothing wrong with you if you think there’s something wrong with you and there’s no shame in getting some help organizing your thoughts which a therapist can help. For the people who are in denial, sad to say there’s no help for those who don’t “need” help but trust me you need it too 😅😅😅

A sibling and and ex. Both living out generational trauma and wanted me to go along with it. I protested and no, so for donkeys years all are simply not understanding why, so come at one and offspring. It’s important in the end to walk your talk of anti violence, even if people/children only understand when you have passed.

Maybe shes running bc she has a child? Maybe a family? I hear spiritual beginnings have to give up everything even thier child and family. The beginning is only for the person. They can never see them again. No contact. I'm sure others will be alright with it but others may see it differently. Maybe the guy is not the problem. Just my two cents on the matter. 😊

Actually, the Caduceus is NOT the actual symbol for the medical field, the Asclepius is. Not even most medical professionals even know that. If I remember correctly I believe less than 10% of drs know this upon graduating med school.
