ty for checking out their dance practice. Run BTS is the name of this song and it's on their Proof album. This album is an anthology of 10 yrs of music. Hope u can get the album because its perfect for baby army as well as OG army. This dance practice was for their free concert in Korea. They practice 3 months to 6 months in advance.

there is no music video for this, but there is a live performance from their 2022 Busan concert. this song is "Run BTS', from their 2022 album "Proof". they have another song from 2015 titled "Run" that has a music video and it's part of the "Bangtan Universe", a fictional storyline that runs thru multiple BTS albums. their online variety show is also called "Run BTS" so hopefully you can understand the differences between them now ahaha the lyrics of this song are about their journey and it basically talks about their climb from the bottom of the industry to the top: "Run bulletproof, run, yeah you gotta run". Bulletproof means Bangtan in korean, so its literally a translation of their name, hence the title "Run BTS". its about how hard they worked to prove themselves and to overcome everything together.

also, dance practice videos are not about them learning the dances, but they simply show the full choreo. there are some behind the scenes videos where you can see them learning the choreos tho. and obvs they work very hard and practice for hours to get to this level of performance.

This was actually a rehearsal for their (free) concert in Busan in October 2022 - their last concert performance before they began military service. The concert was the first time we saw this choreo, and we all lost our sh*t😆

When we see the dance practice BTS have been learning that routine probably for about a month. All 7 of BTS are perfectionists - which we see time and time again as BTS document all their processes. In this kind of behind the scenes content we see that it’s the BTS members themselves that are driving the constant repetition. You’ll see them monitoring the footage of their rehearsal and they will pick up on a tiny detail they are not happy with and insist on doing it again until they are satisfied it’s perfect. Their work ethic is truly inspiring!

4:25 Yes It is there finished rehearsal dance practice, its somewhat rare that you would see them actually practicing behind the scenes; they record the completed version. This rehearsal was for their FREE Busan Live concert they were preparing for prior their military service.

They literally did this hard choreography in their last (before military) free concert for 100k armys. The live performance of Mic Drop+ Run BTS is just top notch. Them being this good in their 10th year of career when majority of the kpop group shattered in their 10th year but they kept on serving for their fans and They'll do that again after 10 months in 2025. The BTS's more songs I want to recommend you: Danger Dope Blood, sweat and tears Their Love yourself trilogy album (3 albums) those 3 albums literally has no skip (although their whole discography is no skip) Dionysus (live performance) Fire Idol Dimple + Pied piper live performance please You would love that
