its hard to say exactly which bankai is best between aizens n duality since aizen can just let u body him then when near death just swap health lol, but duality does have more aoe type moves which is better at boss raiding IMO.

Ink bankai is the best bankai for 1v1s, Ink is the only counter to kyoka bankai aswell as nameless disables the life steal skill and then u can inf stun with ant and 1 combo.

Reality shatter is unrivaled, i was whopping someone in aizen bankai and they light full res mode, i was already low when he used light full res (i was gettinng jumped) so i used reality shatter after he got a full healthpack from popping mode and he died not even being able to use the light ultimate

I had benehime(trash now but it will get a rework) i had 400 element rrs so i thought "0,5% is the same as 1 in 200 so at least i will be able to get a mythical" 400 rerrols after im with confusion.
