Hello coach.. I know it costs to talk to you but I’m a student and I really don’t have the money, so this is my only shot hoping someone can guide me cause I’m so lost right now.. My ex reached out after 25 days she said “hey” I replied 2,5 hours later with “hey” back then 4 hours later she said “how are you” I replied 14 hours later the next day with “good how about you” then she replied an hour later with “mooi” (in our language which is Dutch) which in this case stands for “good to hear” and she left it there, so she didn’t respond to my “how about you?” And now I’m scared that I rejected her somehow by replying a day later and with short responses and that she’s thinking I’m over her so she won’t reach out again, cause she just didn’t say anything else and didn’t even respond to me asking her how she is doing. It’s important to take the blame off of yourself in these situations and stand on business. She was just testing the waters, go back into no contact. Do not over react or become anxious. I would also reconsider the things you are doing to work on yourself in the meantime, if you are still this worried from a text, respectfully.

No, you didn't screw up. 25 days (or 36 days) is not enough time for either of you. You are still in the anxious "I-need-to-do-something-to-get-my-ex-back" stage. When ever she messages you, just match her (as you did). You should be prepared for 3, 4, 5, or more months of No Contact in order to move away from constantly thinking about out what she will or will not do. Best wishes.

So its likely they'll do it another. It needs to be clear to respect your feelings and not just come hot and cold towards you, do you really want someone who's gonna keep coming in and out of your life? So thats good news cause u can change all of that. U can take that energy to become a better you. Starting a diet, sth that works for you ( i made it super fking simple, going to gym 4 / 7 days a week, following a plan and become better than u ve ever been before. If it has to be your motivation to win her back. Let it be your motivation. People who say you have to do it for yourself are wrong. If you cant do it for yourself, do it to win her back. Because if someone fell in love with u when u werent closly as good as u can be, then why the fk wouldnt they come back if u are way better. (At this point u probably found someone better tho.) Take energy to start side hustles, to use the time productivly and u will feel better because ur brain can understand that u go the right directions. I was with someone for 6 months and she broke it off because I said something really rude to somebody that she was directed at her (game chat) . She was inconsolable. Been broken up for a month. Tried no contact then broke it. I told her I respect her boundaries, im not going to bother you, would you like to reach out to me when your ready to talk. She told me it's fine I can text her. We talked a little and I told her take care and didn't bother to write her again. Then Christmas night she contacts me for the first time saying "hope you enjoyed your holiday and wish you the best in 2024". I guess she expected to hear from me on Christmas and when she didnt felt some way. Then proceeded to make conversation with me about nothing that had to do with the relationship or our problems/issues. How should I handle things now

today ,He get mad because I take like 15 h not seeing to his text and he send another text that he so bothered of what I did and it's his mistake to care about me and he will never do it again, and I send to him after 30min from that text that I was busy and have things to do he take very long time and left me on seen ...he hurt me alot during the break up it's 1 mouth now and we are a part from each other but he want us to act as friends ,,,am really mad how dare he want to be a friend with me after alot of bad things happened between us.

Am going through a recent breakup where she asked for space and i gave it to her. She asked to be friends and i said no because we can never be just friends that am attracted to her and that wont change. I saw her at a mutual friends lunch and we had a good converaation laughing and we kissed a few times. When i asked to catch uo she said she will reach out to me give her some time. So i said ok walked off and throughout the day, we just would push and pull ( come close move away) from each other. And at the end of the lunch we kissed again and i said we should catch up an talk about what happenend she said in time you cant be forcing me. I told her take your time and am not forci g you to do nothing. Kissed her on the check and said bye and went home. What i learn from that encounter was she is hoghly confused, she is still highly attracted to me in some way and that i need to do exactly what you said in thr video
