They mistook the King for the Queen and, as a chess player, I was losing my mind seeing that. And in case anyone's curious, "N" in algebraic chess notation stands for "Knight." The reason it's not "K" is because "K" is reserved for the King.

For Alan and Dj: Tip from me! At the beginning of the game, spam a single letter until the entire box is full of it (maybe three rows of that number). This will be useful for when the fire starts later, as it’ll eat up those useless letters and not your password! For the annoying chicken, just add in one extra caterpillar when he eats one, so keep your screen active all the time (are you able to put it on split screen? I don’t use computer but it works on an iPad).
