My tip is that try to optimize your game as much as you can on mobile but if you're talking about skills then i recommend you keep playing and you will get better by time. also here are some basic tips from me, whenever you're trying to arrest a criminal, try to tase them or lower their health so you can chase them quickly ten arrest them. Also try using power up items like the beer from gas station, glider and donut. For weapons i recommend sniper because its handy in knocking down helicopters. Forcefield launcher for pvp because it heals you very fast. For vehicles i recommend using the free helicopter until you get a better aircraft like the little bird or a fast car like the c Eclaire/chiron.
