Tablo from Epik High (debit 2003) is one of the rappers responsible for both RM & Suga becoming rappers - after they heard "Fly". They've been friends with Suga & RM for quite awhile. Tablo produced Lee Sora & Suga collab "Song Request". I love that RM is doing collabs with legendary artists. This is such a mellow vibe...

I recommend RM Indigo Album Magazine Film. It's a longer video but Namjoon and all the featuring artists and producers give behind the scenes of each song. It's so interesting to hear Joon's thought process and what inspired him for each song. Reading the lyrics again after knowing his intentions for each song gave me a new appreciation for the songs.

I cant decide which is my favorite. Wildflower, yun or closer. Cloder has a different vibe, it's like my youth and fun side is vibimg with it, but also wildflower and Yun are both very relatable, it connects to my adulthood and pains. Ahh overall, no skips on these album! 💯💯💯

I am so proud of Namjoon! Indigo is amazing. It's truly a masterpiece. The album was just released but it has already made me feel so many things and heal. Namjoon is my favorite artist for a reason. I appreciate the fact he's so honest with us. Not all can do that and exposing his inner himself and putting out in the world those raw lyrics is just so brave. I always find myself in some way reflected in his music and his songs give me comfort and motivation. It's like if someone is sitting next to me, listening and telling me that everything will be fine, that one day we will make it. Kim Namjoon is an incredible artist and I can't be more proud of him, I'm so proud of everything he has achieved as a celebrity and as a person. He deserves all the love and support! It's incredible how every single song is so f good on its own and even if they are different, I see them as a whole. That's why it's hard for me to choose a favorite one.. that's what happens when you release a real good album. Namjoon's lyricism always blow my mind. I wish him all the happiness, he truly deserves it. 😭💜 I'm OBSESSED.

Colde is a kr&b/indie artist and he has some really great songs, for example 시 which in english I think is called shhh or poem? (namjoon actually shared this song on his insta), I personally love Control Me or his collab with Epik High - Rain Song (btw if I remember correctly namjoon and yoongi also shared it on social media).. He’s got such good vibes that I think mix really well with RM, for example he sometimes does “sunday jazz club” on twitter spaces, it works a little bit like a short radio show and it’s so peaceful honestly… I really recommend you to check his music out some day!!

Closer & Hectic are definitely my favourites. Colde can honestly never miss imo. When I saw he was featuring on the album I got super excited to see what kind of song would come from him and RM’s synergy. Paul Blanco’s part in Closer was so smooth I’ve had the song on repeat just to hear it over and over again. RM did an amazing job with this album. It’s right up my alley in terms of music style. I know for sure a lot of these songs are going into longterm rotation playlists of mine. ^^

First track 'Yun' is about 'Yun Hyong-Keun'(1928-2007) who is one of the greatest painter in Korea. 1:46 narration is an interview of Yun. at the interview Yun said about human integrity. RM respect him and has his artwork at home. RM also said this album 'indigo' inspired by Yun :)

Tablo is an absolute LEGEND. His lyricism is top notch. Definitely check out Epik High at some point. They're a three member hiphop group that debuted in the early 2000's (Members: Tablo, Mithra Jin, and DJ Tukutz) and are actually largely what inspired both RM and Suga to become rappers.

I’ve listened to Indigo all the way 5-6 times this weekend. I do love the album as a whole but for me, my favorites are still life, hectic, lonely, and all day ‘cause they are easy to listen. Forge_tful and no.2, they are tenderly triste but lovely. I’m also glad to find the artist Paul Blanco in Closer.

I mean I don't disagree, the cursing did seem a little unnecessary, also with the 'blatantly bad English', I'm not sure if you mean the pronunciation but... I can say this, their are times in BTS songs where they'll say a word somewhat incorrectly, and it actually tends to happen on songs that RM is responsible for writing because in doing so will give the word or message a double meaning. Not saying that it couldn't be just a genuine mistake, but he's got a history of doing it for clever wordplay. But it's fine if it's not your style! their are songs in BTS discography that I absolutely love, others that I hate and others that eventually grow on me.

I don't think its " Blatantly bad english " If u are saying about english lines I think it way of poetic and wordplay meanly ( for korean lines too) But Too say bad english it's not something to say every one has their own taste and style in writing or liking it's ok For me, my style of music and lyrics which has some meaning or something about themselves or some stories

@@inspiringthesoul1271 I skimmed through the first couple songs again and here's some examples: -You be a human til the death of you -I'm Still life (the play on words is still the wrong articles used) -Erryday us my day brotha, baby [I buy time with money.] (He's talking to someone he calls brotha, baby & hun?unless he meant to another guy it seems weird) -Me rather do it like" -I'm diggin' all day -We know we fly all day. It's definitely bad English, poor grammar, context, and tenses. To be even more specific it actually just seems like misuse of AAVE actually. That's even worse, so thanks.
